UNDER GROUND WATER SOURCE

Respected Madam,

         Sub:   Improvement of under ground Water resource.

                 As the people of Tamilnadu elected you, in a decisive voting, my wishes to cross the five years Successfully with God`s Grace.

                  This is the time Taminadu is suffering in Lacking of under ground water and we are in need of Increasing the underground water.   In the past the Rulers make ponds and lakes in between villages and Towns to increase the water resource.   But now we are in need of more land for housing and other buildings, so We have to change the lakes and ponds as housing Boards.  The result of which we suffer in lack of under Ground water.   Any way the motivation of us is to Increase the under ground water resource.

                 In my view to increase the under ground Water by drilling the ground to 40 to 50 feet at which to reach the sand level ends, where the water poured can be absorbed more and more.  In the rainy season, we can converge the rainwater inside the ground and we can make use of the water in summer seasons enormously.   If we continue inserting the rainwater continuously the Earth will give under ground water in summer sufficiently.   For safety measures, we can adopt metal jolly at a height of one or two feet to prevent dust and sand to go in.       

 

                   If this process works good we can adopt 20-25 such drills at  every ward in towns.   Moreover if we can achieve success in adopting this process we can lead not only India but also world wide to increase water resource.

                 As an example of testing the process, giving permission and arranging such one drill at my place in Front of my shop where the rainwater from three direction roads stores in rainy season.    I assure to take eager to maintain the drill with safety and worthful.

               I do see the untired efforts that  you take for the welfare of the people is highly appreciable.

​

              This is to say the cyclones form over ocean perfectly target the Chennai without missing at all.  If we go through the reason to find continuous cyclones targeting Chennai, this is the time to change our life style making use of unnatural materials.

​

               In Chennai more than  1cr. people are living and more than  30 lakhs houses and shops are occupying in and surround Chennai.

​

               In the 30 lakhs houses and shops, nearly 20 lakhs more houses  and shops are making use of Air-Conditioners and Refrigerators.  In this  Air-conditioners and Refrigerators HydroFluoroCarbon (HFC) gas is used to make the atmosphere to cool immediately unnaturally.  On cooling the atmosphere the HFC gas finally releases the Carbon Dioxide, and this Carbon Dioxide  gas is capable to form hole on Ozon layer.  This gas is a hot one make the outer atmosphere hot, and the hot atmosphere absorbs the wet air highly in monsoon seasons so as to normalize the atmosphere.  The highly formed wet air and rainy clouds  formed above the oceans severely affects the hot atmosphere on land side, not only hot atmosphere Chennai but also nearer districts also.

​

              So as to control the HFC gas usage world wide,  world countries confer many times and take decisions that are all  be useless, though the scientists emphasize again and again to control the HFC gas, world countries are not ready to respond to control the Global warming.

​

              It is found in a year the  Air-Conditioners and Refrigerators used in USA, released the Carbon Dioxide is 6% of the world total Carbon Dioxide release, which  amount to 10 crore tons. In USA, which having the one third population of India release this much and consider the amount of release of Carbon Dioxide in Chennai, Mumbai and New Delhi like metropolitan cities and by the world countries.  This is the reason for Mumbai, Chennai like metropolitan cities to get affected in monsoon rains severely.

​

            So as to lead the world countries,  in Tamilnadu, sincere steps be taken to control the HFC gas usage by finding the ways to control the usage of HFC gas more and more with alternative system to these   

Air-Conditioners and Refrigerators.

​

            Instead of Air-conditioners, Giant Air-Cooler Plants can be promoted and forced to be used in large Malls, Restaurants, MNC Companies, Cinema Theatres and in Apartments,  where ever applicable to be adopted.  These Air-cooler plants were used in the past years at Cinema theatres for Air-conditioning. A strong restriction of using Air-conditioners by setting meters to find the time of use and for which luxury tax to be collected for Air-conditioners usage, so as to control the HFC gas usage in Air-conditioners.    For Refrigerators an instrument that to control the refrigerator to run for two hours and to shut down for two hours can be adopted by searching which way will be effective to control.

               Any way a system of to control the HFC gas usage to be implemented,  unless Chennai may absorb the cyclones and heavy rains  continuously and the after effect of painful living will  continuously  occur  in Chennai.  The efforts, Tamilnadu going to take will lead the world countries to control the HFC gas usage and  an effective remedy for Global warming.

                 தமிழகத்தை பொறுத்தவரை மிகவும் பண்பாடோடு வாழ்ந்த தமிழ்இனம்.   பண்பாட்டோடு வாழ்ந்த இனம் மட்டுமல்லாமல் மற்ற மொழிகளுக்கெல்லாம் பல ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மூத்த மொழி.  இன்று பண்பாடு,   மொழி என இழந்து கொண்டு வருகிறோம்.  இழந்த பெருமையை மீட்டெடுக்க வேண்டிய நிலையில்   இன்று இருக்கிறோம்.

               நம் தமிழ் மொழியின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு முயற்சி எடுத்த நம் மூதாதையர்களை  போற்றி நினைவு கொள்ளவும் அவர்களை பற்றி அறிந்து கொள்ள  வேண்டியதும் நம் தமிழர்களின் கடமையாகும். 

​

         அந்த வகையில் நம் மூதாதையரான நிலந்தரு திருவிற்பாண்டியன்.  இவர் அரசவையில் தான் தமிழ் மொழியின்  இலக்கண நூலான தொல்காப்பியம் அரங்கேற்றப்பட்டு தமிழ் மொழி   வளர்ச்சிக்கு   வழி செய்யப்பட்டது.   இந்த தொல்காப்பியம் நம் தமிழ் அறிஞர்களால் 6000 வருடங்கள் வரை முற்பட்ட இடைசங்க காலத்தை சேர்ந்ததாக இருக்ககூடும்  என்று கணிக்கிறார்கள். நிலந்தரு திரு விற்பாண்டியன் பெயரில் மிகத்தரமான நபருக்கு மிகப் பெரிய தொகையுடன் தமிழர் விருதுகளிலேயே மிக  உயர்ந்த  ஒரு விருதாக வழங்கி அவரை நினைவு கொள்ள வேண்டும்.  

​

            அதுபோல் தமிழனின் வீரத்தை பறைசாற்றும் முகமாக தலையாலங்கானத்து செருவென்ற பாண்டியன் நெடுஞ்செழியன் பெயரில் விருது வழங்கி   அவரை  நினைவு கொள்வதோடு தமிழனின் வீரத்தை போற்ற வேண்டும். 

​

         

             அதுபோல் தமிழனின் ஆட்சியின் போது சத்தியத்தை எவ்வளவு பெரிதாக  நினைத்து வாழ்ந்தார்கள் என்பதை அறிய, அவர்களை போற்ற    பொற்கை பாண்டியன்,  ஆரியபடை கடந்த பாண்டியன் நெடுஞ்செழியன்  பெயரில் விருது வழங்கி தமிழர்க்கு பெருமை ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டுமாய் கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.

 

      சமூகநீதிக்காக போராடும் போர்குணம் கொண்ட பெண்களுக்கு கண்ணகி  விருது வழங்கி போற்ற வேண்டும்.

           மேலும் தமிழரின் வரலாற்றை மக்கள் எளிதில் அறிந்து கொள்ளும் வகையில்  தமிழர் வரலாற்று கூடம் என்று ஒரு கண்காட்சியகம் அமைக்க வேண்டும்   அதில் நமக்கு ஆதார பூர்வமாக கிடைக்கப் பெற்ற நிலந்தரு திருவிற்  பாண்டியன் முதல் இன்றைய ஆட்சியாளர்கள் வரை அவரவர்களின்   காலங்களை வரிசைப்படுத்தி அவரவர் காலங்களில் வாழ்ந்த முக்கிய பெயர் பெற்ற புலவர்கள், அறிஞர்கள், வெளிநாட்டு தூதுவர்கள், மற்றும் அந்தகால கட்டத்தில் நடந்த முக்கிய நிகழ்வுகள் என குறிப்புகளோடு காட்சி படுத்தும் போது மக்கள் எளிதாக பார்த்து தெரிந்து கொள்வார்கள்.  இந்த காட்சியகம் மதுரையில் கீழடியில் அமைய இருக்கும் அகழாய்வு   அருங்காட்சியகத்துடன் இணைத்து அமைக்க வேண்டுமாய் கேட்டுக்  கொள்கிறேன்.

                In Tamilnadu with the archaeological department  the excavations are done at Keeladi, Adhichanallur, Manalur, konthagai, Tamirabarani river banks and other many places.  The excavation work in Tamilnadu to be done continuously, as how (PWD) Public Works Department  serves to public,  we are in the need of to prove the Tamils ancestry and their  cultured life they have lived 12,000 years before itself to the world.

​

                     Regarding the fund, nothing to worry  open an account at a bank in the name of Tamil archaeological society, in Tamilnadu  there are 2 crore  families.  If the 1 crore  family pay 500 according to their interest  to the account  it may be sufficient to the archaeological work to do for many years.

               

 

                      Moreover on excavation,  if any one can give  the material or object from their land that prove 3000 or 4000 years old they can be announced to give bulk amount as gift like 3Cr. or 4Cr. Then only people will show  interest in giving land for excavations.  In the past Keeladi excavations  also the people who give land to prove the materials taken from there belong to 2600 years  old,  must be given good amount for their interest on excavations.

                                    தமிழ் மொழி பாதுகாப்புக்கும் வளர்ச்சிக்கும் ஆன தங்கள் முயற்சிகள் தொடர என் வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

​

                     கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் 2021ல் தமிழ்நாட்டில் தொல்லியல்துறை தொடர்ந்து PWD  போல் வருடம் முழுவதும் ​ செயல் பட்டு கொண்டேயிருக்க வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டிருந்தேன். அதனை தமிழ்நாடு அரசு தொடர்ந்து செயல் படுத்தி வருகிறது. 2019ல் கீழடியோடு கொற்கை துறைமுகம், ஆதிச்ச நல்லூர் என மற்ற இடங்களிலும் அகழாய்வு செய்ய வேண்டும் என கேட்டதையும் செயல் படுத்தி வருகிறார்கள்.

​

                               இன்று நமக்கு தேவை நம் சங்க இலக்கியங்களின் படி தமிழ் இனத்தின் வரலாறு 12,000 ஆண்டுகள் வரை முற்பட்டது என அறிய முடிகிறது.  ஆனால் நிரூபிக்ககூடிய ஆதாரம் தேவைபடுகிறது.  நாம் அகழாய்வு செய்வது இதை நிரூபிக்க கூடிய ஆதாரத்தை தேடுவதாக இருக்க வேண்டுமே தவிர பானை ஓடுகளையும் பாசி மணிகளையும் தேடி எடுப்பதாக இருக்க கூடாது. ஏற்கனவே நாம் 2,600 ஆண்டுகள் நம் தமிழ் இனம் வரலாற்றில் முற்பட்டது என நிரூபிக்கபட்டு விட்டது.

​

                              இதற்கு நாம் எந்த எந்த இடங்களில் அகழாய்வு செய்தால் நாம் நிரூபிக்க நினைப்பதை கண்டுபிடித்து செயல் படுத்த முடியும் என்பதை உலக அளவில் அகழாய்வில் வல்லுநர்களாக உள்ளவர்களை சேர்த்து கொண்டு நவீன தொழில் நுட்பங்களை பயன்படுத்தி பூமிக்குள் புதைந்து இருக்கும் பழைய நகர அமைப்புகளை கண்டறியும் வல்லுநர்களையும் சேர்த்து உலகமே வியக்கும் வண்ணம் அகழாய்வுகளை தொடந்து செய்ய வேண்டுமாய் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

                       நம் சங்க இலக்கியங்களில் பல பாடல்களில் சொல்லப்படும் ஆளி என்ற யானையை தூக்கிசெல்ல கூடிய மிகப் பெரிய விலங்கு வாழ்ந்ததாக கூறப்படுகிறது. உலக அளவில் டைனோசார் போன்ற விலங்குகள் வாழ்ந்ததற்கான ஆதாரங்கள் கிடைக்கப் பெற்று நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஏற்கெனவே நமக்கு டைனோசர் போன்ற பெரிய விலங்கின் பெரிய முட்டைகள் தமிழ்நாட்டில் கிடைக்கப் பெற்றுள்ளது.                       

                       டைனோசர் போல் மிகப்பெரிய விலங்கான ஆளி விலங்கின் ஆதாரங்களை தேட டைனோசர்களை தேடிய, தற்போதும் தேடும் வல்லுநர்களை சேர்த்துக் கொண்டு அவர்களின் ஆலோசனைகளைப் பெற்று ஆதாரங்கள் கிடைக்க கூடிய மலைகளில் தேட வேண்டும்.

​

                          சமீபத்தில் நம் தமிழ் மொழிக்காக பல ஆய்வுகளை செய்து பல ஆய்வுகட்டுரைகளை கொடுத்த தொல்லியல் ஆய்வாளர்   ஐயா ஒரிசா பாலு அவர்களின் மறைவு தமிழ் இனத்திற்கு மிகப்பெரிய இழப்பை கொடுத்துள்ளது. ஐயா அவர்களை நினைவுகூற அவர் ஆய்வுகளை படித்து பயன்பெற அவரின் விருப்பங்களை வரும் தலைமுறை தொடர்ந்து செயல்படுத்திட அவர் பெயரில் நினைவரங்கம் அமைத்து அங்கு அவரின் ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகள் படங்களாக, புத்தகமாக டிஜிட்டலாக கிடைக்க செய்ய வேண்டுமாய் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.
